Parents, disabled visitors and women plan their day around where they can find a changing table, an accessible toilet or period products. Put your business on the map they check first.
Disabled and neurodiverse visitors, parents and women all plan their day around the facilities they'll find — they decide where people spend time and money.
Live in minutes. No technical setup on your side.
Tell us your facilities and confirm you run the place. A person looks at every claim before it goes live. Nobody comes by to measure; that is the add-on Checked by us.
Gold pin, Partner badge, top-of-list placement - and upload your own facility photos.
Nearby visitors filtering for your facilities find you first — and walk through your door.
Take the gold pin, the numbered sticker, your offer in front of visitors and your own photos, and see what it does for you before you pay for it. No card, nothing to cancel. Add-ons are free for the same period — Offer Lab, Checked by us, the Fix-list, all of it. The prices below are what applies afterwards — we write to you a month before the first charge, and if you would rather not continue, the listing simply goes back to the free Community plan.
Correcting your listing is free — and always will be. Paying moves you up the list. It never changes what your listing says is true.
On any paid plan. For venues that want to find the offer that actually pulls people in.
We come to you. The strongest thing a listing can say is "someone actually looked".
A walk-through of your place and a plain list of what to change first — cheapest wins at the top.
Free for your first 3 months on Starter, first month on Pro / Chain — same period as the plan. All add-on prices are net and sit on top of any paid plan. The on-site ones are only sold where we can actually come out — we'd rather say no than post a photo we didn't take.
Not "enhanced visibility". Here is the physical object that arrives, and exactly what changes on your listing the day you pay.
Posted to you as a language pair: German and English, side by side. Each carries your own number - MC-4K7QP2 - so a passer-by can look you up, and so nobody can print a fake one.
A pair, not a bilingual tile. Two languages crammed onto one badge means both are too small to read from the pavement, which is the only distance that matters. So each language gets its own vinyl and its own full-size line. Yours first, English beside it - because the person who most needs to read it is often the one who doesn't speak the local language.
What it claims, and what it doesn't. "Inklusiver Ort" describes the listing and the operator, never the building. It is not a certificate, it makes no promise about any specific facility, and it carries no tick, star or grade. The QR is the claim: it opens your listing, where every detail is named, dated and open to correction.
Same venue, same facts. The difference is whether anyone sees it.
The facts didn't change — we don't sell facts. The photo, the offer, the badge and the position did.
You cannot pay us to take down a visitor's photo, or to change what your listing says is true. Report it and a moderator decides — that's it, at any price. It sounds like a limitation. It's the reason the sticker on your door means something: everyone knows it can't be bought.
That moderator is independent of sales. They decide on the evidence: what visitors reported, what you told us, and the photos on both sides. Where it's still unclear — or where the answer matters enough to be worth getting right — we commission an external partner to go and look at the place in person, at our cost, and the decision follows what they found. You'll always be told the outcome and why.
Tell us a little about your business and we'll get you set up.
Live address search via OpenStreetMap — type a few letters and pick the match.
We'll reply within two business days.
Yes. Community listings never cost anything — the map is more useful when it's complete. Paid plans are for businesses that want to stand out.
That the business has claimed its listing, confirmed its facilities and pays for a plan. It is not a check on site: every facility keeps its source and date, visitors report what doesn't match, and a measurement by us is the add-on Checked by us, with its own date.
Yes — that's a paid-plan perk. Branded, real photos reassure visitors that your facilities are genuinely accessible and clean before they set out.
Paid partners can put one short offer on their listing — "10% off for Mapclusive users", a free coffee, whatever fits. There's no code, no voucher system and no cut for us: visitors simply show the page at your counter. It appears on your listing and in the nearby-places bar, it's the reason people save you to their list, and it's the clearest way to see whether the listing is actually sending you customers. Change or remove it any time from your dashboard.
Every visitor photo is reviewed by a person before it appears anywhere. On a paid listing we look harder: the photo is flagged for an extra check, and if our team has any doubt — is this really your entrance, is this even the right venue — we ask you before it goes live, and you can answer from your dashboard. You'll also see every visitor photo that's already on your listing.
What we won't do is let you delete one. If paying meant a venue could remove a photo of its broken ramp, no photo on this map would be worth looking at — including yours. So your answer goes to a moderator, who decides. In practice that means wrong photos come down fast, and honest ones stay up.
Yes. Anyone can tap the heart to keep a place in their own list — no account needed, and the list never leaves their device, so we couldn't see it even if we wanted to. Places with an offer get saved noticeably more often.
Paid partners get a branded Mapclusive window sticker carrying a unique number, so passers-by recognise a place that's genuinely committed to being welcoming. If someone reports false information about your listing, priority support reviews and corrects it quickly — your reputation is protected.
Anytime. Your paid features simply revert to a free community listing at the end of the term.
No. Businesses pay for placement; visitors get a clean, honest map.
